Taste of Kilburn 2014, a success

20140412 cutthecake2On Saturday 12 April 2014, Brent’s Deputy Mayor launched the “Taste of Kilburn” Food festival visited by over 200 people at the Taste of Kilburn Gazebo in Kilburn Square and its information hub at the Tricycle Theatre. Taste of Kilburn’ brought together businesses, residents’ associations and local councils to encourage more people to eat out or buy take-aways from Kilburn restaurants in the High Road and Willesden Lane as well as in the side streets. The Kiburn Xmas tree is sponsored by local traders, residents, South Kilburn Trust, ABi Associates and other local organisations as well as Brent and Camden councils. It signifies the continuing local commitment to the Kilburn High Road and a new platform to strengthen the Kilburn Partnership across Brent and Camden to make improvements on and around the High Road.
